Was Jim Jones Arrested Again?

On October 2nd it was reported that rapper Jim Jones was arrested for driving under the influence. According to reports, Jones was initially stopped for speeding on a highway in New York.

As officers became closer to Jones he seemed to be under the influence of what they believe was marijuana.

The former Love and Hip Hop star also refused to take a sobriety test. 

Jones has been arrested several times. Last year he was arrested in February twice. The first time he was arrested was for driving on a suspended license. The second arrest came after he was accused of assaulting a police officer during a fight that occurred in Vegas. A year later he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
