EP Album: "The Agreement" Spencer Sims

CHI- As part of the New Deal Crew Spencer Sims has released his EP titled "The Agreement" produced by John Scott.  The five-track album features the number one single "Soulular Plane" and "It's Always Me".

Also on the EP features the single "Black Beatrice" where Sims gives a lyrical tale over the sounds of artist Lauryn Hill's "Ex-Factor".
