CHI- Every year during the Hip Hop Awards there's a cypher where rappers from different areas and groups spit rhymes to the same beat.
This video features members from Dope Fantasy who give their version of the cipher in what they call "Road To Policy Kingz". The group uniquely spits lyrics to random titles picked from records inside Chicago's Gramaphone Records.
