On the premiere of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" season seven Phaedra decided not to support her husband, Apollo Nida in court. Instead she took their two sons away to protect them from the paparazzi. 

Although Apollo's brother was there to support him he was furious that his wife wasn't there. As a result Phaedra returned home to her husband in a bad mood playing pool. Apollo expressed to Phaedra how he felt about her not coming to support him. He even went on to talk about how he wasn't able to assist her financially but she insisted on having him in her life.

Phaedra was very blunt on why it wasn't necessary for her to support her husband in court. She said if he cared about his family then he would not have done what he did. Apollo felt his wife was being insensitive to what has happened to him. Do you blame her?
