On Tuesday reggae star Wyclef Jean released a new book titled "Purpose: An Immigrant's Story". In the book Jean discussed his relationship with former Fugee star Lauryn Hill
During the mid 90's hip hop group The Fugees made it's debut. The trio consisted of Wyclef Jean, Pras and Lauryn Hill. Jean was married at the time to Marie Claudinette Pierre. In Jean's book he admits to having an affair on his wife with Lauryn. As the infidelity continued Hill became pregnant with her first child. According to Jean, he thought the child named Zion was his but it turned out to be Bob Marley's son, Rohan Marley.
Jean said he was hurt by Hill's betrayal which caused the group to break up in 1997. He also said he couldn't forgive her for having him believe the baby was his. He said she could no longer muse him. He said their love spell was broken.
Is he for real? This man was having an affair and his wife stayed with him so why can't he forgive Lauryn? Sounds like Wyclef was just mad because Hill was seeing another man while seeing him, but wasn't he doing the same thing!
