Legendary emcee L.L. Cool J aka Todd Smith has released a new single called "Ratchet". The latest hit will be featured on his upcoming album "Authentic Hip Hop".
When you hear the word ratchet you think of ghetto, unclassy, wild, out of control and a trifling groupie with wreckless behavior. In this case L.L. is talking about a girl who only wants him for his money.
L.L is trying to let his fans know that he is still in the game and willing to do whatever it takes to keep them loving him. It's not likely for old school rappers to get recognition in this game these days unless you making sounds like "Cashing Out"!
