According to reports, rapper Tyga is on the verge of losing his mansion in Malibu. TMZ reported that Gholamreza Rezai, the landlord of the mansion Tyga currently resides in has filed a lawsuit against the Young Money star.
In the lawsuit it states Tyga signed a year lease agreeing to pay $16,000 a month for rent. The "Rack City" rapper said he planned on moving at the end of September due to minimum security. He said fans were constantly showing up at the front door.
High security, low security or no security, your rent still has to be paid. It's not the landlord's job to provide security. That's Young Money's job!
