The Boss of Maybach Music Group Rick Ross has reportedly gotten himself dropped from Reebok athletic brand.
According to reports, Ross was receiving a payment for every time he wore the brand. Unfortunately, Ross lyrics in Rocko's song U.O.E.N.O were not satisfactory. In the song he raps about putting molly in a girl's champagne to then having sex with her without her knowledge.
A few rappers came to Ross defense saying he has a right to say whatever he wants as an artist. Rocko said Reebok dropping Ross was not fair and he felt the shoe company should give Ross credit for bringing Reebok back into the hip hop game.
Rocko went on to say it was a cardinal sin to wear Reebok before Ross began to rock the brand.
"Ross stepped in and he branded em and he got the urban market back in to em," Rocko told MTV.
Well at least now we know the main focus of rappers like Rocko. It's all about what hot and what's not and if it's not in hip hop it's not acceptable!
