Since rapper Shyne's release from prison he has made headlines in the hip hop community with his controversial remarks about other hip hop artists and President Obama. Recently, it was announced that the rapper is launching a new clothing line called Gangland.
According to reports, Shyne teamed up with clothing designer U.A.O.P Ruprai to release the brand. Shyne's perspective on the line is to incorporate street wear with high fashion.
"I'm from Brooklyn, and the streets influence a lot of trends in the fashion industry," Shyne explained to the press.
What Shyne said about the streets may be true but the streets have also influenced criminal acts like gang violence!
