CHI: "Chiraps" was written during a rough time in Bano's life, having lost his mother due to cancer earlier this year. Bano took all the negativity and pain during this time and he channeled it into something positive in "Chiraps". The main Purpose of Chiraps is to raise awareness in chicago about the gun violence that never ceases, by converting the negative name its been given (Chiraq) Into something more positive, in hopes that the guns will be put down and something more productive is picked up.
