On July 9TH rapper Guerilla Black pleaded guilty to federal conspiracy, three fraud charges and identity theft. He was accused of stealing over 27,000 credit card numbers to purchase items. The Compton rapper allegedly bought the numbers from computer hackers who took the credit card information from restaurants.
Those who assisted Black in the crime were sentenced in 2012. One received 12 years and the other received seven.
Guerilla Black aka Charles Williamson, 33, is facing close to 60 years in prison including five years for conspiracy and computer fraud, fifteen years for bank fraud and two years for identity theft. He may also have to pay up to $2 million in fines!
