On Big Sean's song "Control" Kendrick Lamar spit a verse that let rappers know he is not in the hip hop game to make friends but trying to murder them. He took shots at several rappers including J. Cole, Drake and Big Sean.
A few hip hop artists have expressed their views about Lamar's lyrics. Some immediately hit the studio to work on a dis track in response to the WC rapper.
Meek Mill publicly announced that he's ready for competition. He tells Nina Say What of Philadelphis Power 99 if K Dot wants to get competitive they ae going to have some fun. Wale responded to Lamar's verse saying he would've been offended if his name wasn't mentioned.
YMCMB artist Drake who let K Dot and ASAP Rocly open during his club Paradise tour in 2011-2012 didn't take Lamar's lyrics too lightly. According to AllHipHop.com Drake has already been in the booth ready to release a dis track for profit.
Can Drake pull it off? Is he competitive enough to defeat Kendrick Lamar?
