Was DMX Arrested For DUI Again?

It is no secret that rapper DMX has an alcohol and drug addiction. He's been arrested several times for DUI. Recently, on July 26TH, it was reported that the rapper was arrested for DUI in South Carolina around 3 A.M.

According to X publicist, the allegations about her client are false. She gave a statement to AllHipHop.com confirming the arrest but stated that he was quickly released after passing a breathalyzer test.

"He is back at his home in South Carolina and we are continuing our focus on his upcoming album and acting roles," DMX publicist said in a statement.

The "Party Up" rapper is set to appear in the film "Blame It On The Game" scheduled for release in 2014.
