Recently, it was reported that Kanye West could be sentenced to a year in jail for the criminal charges against him. West was accused of attacking a photographer named Daniel Ramos. He was charged with criminal battery and an attempted grand theft misdemeanor.
The incident occurred in July at LAX Airport. According to the victim's attorney, Gloria Allred, her client suffered serious injuries.
In earlier reports West was not to face any charges due to lack of evidence when he allegedly agreed to a civil suit. Unfortunately, Ramos filed a lawsuit against the Chicago rapper. He feels West interfered with her civil rights.
On October 10th West is due back in court for an arraignment!
