Did Shyne Call Out Kanye West?

Previously it was reported that "Wild N Out" host Nick Cannon dissed Kanye West via Twitter saying if he was a genius he wouldn't have to tell everyone. But that's nothing compared to what former Bad Boy artist Shyne had to say about the Chicago rapper/producer.

Shyne told West that it is time to rant about the murder rate in Chicago, and how President Obama is the real jack ass for saying nothing or doing anything.

West is known for going on many baffling rants. His recent rant was about the high designers like Louis Vuitton a fashion design he once bragged about.
