According to reports, Coinye, a crytocurrency company created to represent the Chicago producer/rapper has been accused of trademark infringement for using the face of Kanye West for logo.
West has filed a cease and desist letter against Coinye requesting they are not permitted to launch using his face.
Formerly known as Coinye West the company ignored West and continued to launch the brand using his logo.
Is West over-reacting? Should he get paid for them using his face for their logo?
