This is just the 1st of 5 summer events put together by Row Cypher, Ulon, and Babyface Monster. Each event has an unique theme based around driver's safety & is sponsored by Illinois Department of Transportation, UIC School of Public Health, and Safe Communities for Illinois. We are trying to give back to our impoverished communities and reward the talented.
