Anwan Glover From "The Wire" Stabbed & Beaten In Washington D.C.

If you tuned in to the HBO series "The Wire" than you should be familiar with Slim aka Anwan Glover. Slim was Prop Joe's right hand man. Sadly, Robert Chew who played Prop Joe passed away early last year. Unfortunately, things are not looking good for Slim.

According to reports, Slim was beaten and stabbed by two men while at a nightclub in Washington D.C. Glover was reportedly randomly beaten by two men and then he was stabbed. He suffered lacerations and bruises. The "12 Years A Slave" actor was then rushed to the hospital.

No word on why this incident occurred but Glover is still breathing as far as we know!
