DMX Pays Off Mortgage Payments To Save Home In New York

DMX is one of the hottest rappers of all time and most of the time he's making bad news in the headlines. This time the NY rappers has done something good and positive for his family.

According to reports, X paid off the remaining balance of the mortgage payments for the house his ex-wife, Tashera Simmons and his four children live in. 

The "Party Up" rapper bought the home in New York back in 2000. After the bank filed a foreclosure lawsuit they later gave X a chance to pay. The total amount came to $258,927.87.

X did the right thing for his ex and his children! He may not be able to support them financially but having a steady roof over their head means a lot!
