According to reports, Fantasia's ex is suing her for full custody of her daughter, Zion who is now a teenager.
Fantasia's ex, Brandel Shouse, has accused Fantasia of being an unfit mother. Based on the lawsuit he said he wants to raise his daughter.
According to Fantasia's attorney, Shouse hasn't been in Zion's life and he has not paid any child support.
We are talking about the same man who admitted to hitting on the "Bittersweet" singer, now wants custody of his daughter! Where has he been all this time? How does he know Fantasia is unfit when he hasn't been around?
Fantasia is due in court sometime in 2015 to fight for her daughter. It shouldn't be hard to figure out who should get full custody of Zion! Brandel is just wasting his time!
