Actress Tisha Campbell-Martin who is known for her role as Gina in the 90's sitcom "Martin" is suing a woman due to non-payments of a vehicle.

According to Eurweb, Campbell-Martin is suing Belinda Baker whom she leased a 2007 Bentley Continental to. In the lawsuit Campbell states that Baker agreed to pay $90k up front and 11 subsequent payments of $5000 thereafter. The "My Wife and Kids" star also stated that Baker made the first payment but has yet to pay the rest and has kept the vehicle.

According to TMZ, Baker responded to the accusations saying she was under the impression that she was just purchasing the car, not leasing the car. She added that the car is only worth $70k.

TMZ also reported that according to the agreement Baker did agree to pay $70k, not $90k. It also states that she agreed to pay an additional $5,000 for eleven months.

Looks like Campbell may have been off $20k but she should also win her lawsuit being that Baker did agree to pay and extra $55,000!
