Lil Durk Remains In Jail On Weapon Charges

Previously, it was reported by HipHopDX that on November 5th rapper Lil Durk was arrested after two hand guns were found during a homicide investigation. He was charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

According to reports, during the homicide investigation, officers visited a home at 5 A.M where a woman then opened the door to let them in. The officers found Durk near the kitchen island with two guns nearby. 

Recently, according to AllHipHop.com reports, Durk appeared in court where he said the guns were not his.  His wife and kids were there to support him.

Durk's wife told the Chicago Tribune that her husband is not guilty. 

"He's not guilty, he's happy his family was here to support him but not happy being here," Durk's wife said. 

Due to the Chicago rapper's previous gun charges he will remain in jail. Durk's lawyer argued that there were nine people present at the time of the arrest which means it could have been anybody's gun!
