Deion Sanders Files Dafamation Lawsuit Against Ex-Wife

Looks like former NFL player Deion Sanders is fed up and has taken action against his ex-wife, Pilar.

According to the Dallas Morning New Reports, On November 24th Sanders filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex. He accused her of making false allegations against him while on the O'Reilly Factor. She accused him of child and spousal abuse. She also accused him of attempted murder.

The following day the judge granted a restraining order against Pilar that prevents her and any of her representatives from making any defamatory statements or publishing any video or audio recordings meant to damage Deion Sanders’ reputation and character.

Deion and Pilar divorce was finalized in June 2013. Deion Sanders was awarded full custody of their three children. Pilar was awarded visitation every Thursday and the first, third and fifth weekends of each month.

Also according to the lawsuit, Pilar is prohibited from coercing her children to make defamatory statements about their father and then publishing audio recordings of those statements.

A temporary injunction hearing regarding the case is scheduled for next week.
