Is Lil Wayne Leaving Cash Money?

While fans are waiting for the release of Lil Wayne's upcoming album "The Carter IV" they might be waiting longer than anticipated.

According to reports, Weezy tweeted comments saying he wants his fans to know it's not his fault "The Carter IV" has not been released. He said the reason for the delay is because Baby and Cash Money Records refuse to release it.

The New Orleans rapper also stated the he and his creativity are held prisioners and he no longer wants to be with the label.

"To all my fans, I want u to know that my album won't and hasn't been released bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it."


"This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation."

"I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy."

"I am a prisoner and so is my creativity Again,I am truly sorry and I don't blame ya if ya fed up with waiting 4 me & this album. But thk u."

Lil Wayne who is the longest member of Cash Money Records isn't the only one having problems with the label. 

It's also been reported that Tyga and Lil Bootsie isn't satisfied with how they are treated.
