Rumor Alert: Is Birdman Taking Lil Wayne To Court?

Previously, Lil Wayne vented to social media on how unfairly he's being treated by Cash Money Records. He talked about how the delay in the release of "Tha Carter V" is not his fault. He also expressed a possible exit from Birdman and Cash Money.

According to TMZ, a close source revealed that Birdman has no plans on releasing Lil Wayne from his contract and he will release his album "Tha Carter V" on his own time. 

The source also reports that the Cash Money co-founder is willing to take the "Lollipop" rapper to court regarding this matter.
