In August of this year singer Trey Songz was arrested for alleged assault charges. According to reports, he was accused of throwing a stack of money at a woman at a club.
Songz was celebrating his release party at Club Perfection in Queens, New York when a woman named Donna McIntosh-Inoe took a picture of him with her cell phone, while she was sitting in the VIP section. Donna the alleged stripper said Songz snatched her phone and tried to delete the picture. She said since he didn't know how to operate the phone he threw a wad of money at her. She added that when she left the club she realized she had a bruise on her face.
"He chucked a wad of cash at me," McIntosh-Inoe said.
"I had to walk around a whole week with a black eye," she added.
The woman also said there were others taking pics as well but she had clothes on and the other women didn't.
Songz wasn't arrested until a month following the incident. An order of protection was issued on November 1st. The "Dive In" singer is due back in court in February 2013!
