Why Rocko's Song Is Being Boycotted?

 



What is really going on with Rick Ross? Last week it was reported that rapper Rocko's song U.O.E.N.O (You Ain't Even Know It) could be boycotted thanks to his featured guest Rick Ross. Members of civil rights group finds the lyrics to be disrespectful and feels Ross crossed the line.

In the song Ross raps: "Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it. I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it".

In response to Ross lyrics Najee Ali, Director of Project Islamic HOPE had this to say: "It's never acceptable to preach the practice of drugging women to have sex with them without them even knowing".

Rev. K. W. Tulloss, also president of the L.A. Chapter of The National Action Network said Ross is sending out a horrible and dangerous message for a man that it's ok to have sex with a woman who is unable to give consent.

Tullos, Ali and other members are requesting the song gets pulled off the radio airwaves and Rick's lyrics be removed.
