Congrats to rapper Wale on his third album "The Gifted" which came in at number one in hip hop sales last week. Wale sold close to 160,000 copies in it's first week of sales. Wale's "The Gifted" sold more copies in it's first week of sales than Mac Miller's "Watching Movies With The Sound Off" which sold a little over 100,000 in it's first week.
In the second week it still fell under "The Gifted" with only 125,000 copies sold.
Rapper J. Cole's "Born Sinner" came in at number two during the first week selling close to 300,000 copies.
The second week the album came in at number two for the second time beating Kanye West's "Yeezus" album. "Yeezus" came in at number one during it's first week of sales with 328,000. The following week he sold 65,000 to Coles' 84,000 copies!
