Did 50 Cent File a Lawsuit Against A Judge?

Despite the domestic violence charges against 50 Cent which he pleaded not guilty to, the New York rapper is coming after a judge for discrimination.

According to reports, 50 Cent has filed a federal lawsuit against an arbitration judge. He's accusing the judge of ruling against him because he's black and his celebrity status.

50 Cent filed a lawsuit against Sleek Audio claiming he was owed $261,000. He lost the lawsuit earlier this year and now he wants the judge to be accountable for his loss. 50 feels the judge didn't allow him to cross examine the witnesses nor show his evidence. The "In Da Club" rapper is seeking the money he was initially seeking, as well as, a hearing for the judge's alleged discrimination.

In regards to his domestic charges 50 was ordered to stay away from Daphne Navarez, one of his children's mother. He was also denied access to weapons.

In September 50 is set to appear in court for a pre-trial. If convicted he could face up to five years in prison and ordered to pay $46,000 in fines.
