Rapper 2 Chainz Facing Up To 12 Months In Prison

Last year in August rapper 2 Chainz and members of his tour was arrested after he refused to allow police officers search his tour bus. 

According to reports, the bus was pulled over due to to a busted taillight. The "I'm Different" rapper and his entourage were later arrested. Chainz was charged with a misdemeanor.

Recently, it was reported that Chainz might be serving up to a year in prison, as well as, obligated to pay a $1,000 fine.

2 Chainz made a statement saying he made many mistake when he was previous to being in the position he is in. He is now at a point where he doesn't want mug shots and to be on news outlets.

"I'm not trying to portray that. I don't wanna be the rapper that's tryna sell albums to go to jail or whatever it is," 2 Chainz said.
