According to reports, fans were complaining about Hill's tardiness at the House of Blues in Chicago two weeks ago. One of the fans had some words for the "Sweetest Thing" singer and that's when she not only snapped on the fan but also threw him out.
Hill told the fan not to be disrespectful when she's on the stage and that he could go. She also demanded that he be refunded his money. She said if a little patience is too much he could leave.
"You not gonna mess up my vibe for the rest of these people. You not gonna do that! You can get up, you can get your money refunded and you can go. I'm alright with that. I'm okay with that," Hill said.
At what point will celebrities like Lauryn Hill realize that the fans is why she's relevant in the first place. If it wasn't for the fans she wouldn't be able to perform. Maybe she would like it better if noone showed up. It's not like she sold out!
On top of that she was 50 minutes late! Lauryn is lucky people didn't start walking out because that's unacceptable as a performer, especially when you trying to get back in the game!
