Chris Brown Addresses Gang Affiliation Rumors

Over the past couple of months rumors have been circulating saying that Chris Brown is in a gang. The rumors began when a video surfaced with Brown throwing up gang signs that represent Fruit Town Piru. He has been accused of running with the Crips. Recently, Brown addressed those accusations saying he is not in a gang. 

According to reports, Brown did an interview with Sway on MTV news in mid September where he discussed how being in the industry can lead to meeting all kinds of people including gang members.

"Whey you're in LA and you're around people you meet everybody. You meet Crips, you meet bloods especially in the industry I'm in," Brown explained.

The "Loyal" singer added that he acknowledges that he is not Country and he's partially considered a Pop artist but as a Hip Hop and R&B artist it all comes together, especially when you are in events and places where everybody is allowed to be.

Although 

"I'm cordial", Brown said.

Chris Brown would be foolish to throw his career away by joining a gang. He has enough criminal charges to deal with already. No need to add fuel to the fire! He's loyal to the music game not the streets!
