While boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. is being cooperative in the case surrounding the suicide and murder of Earl Hayes and his wife, the undefeated champion is also being sued.

According to TMZ, Mayweather's children were involved in a head-on collision while he was attending the BET Awards. Justin Bieber happened to be nearby and came to Floyd's children's rescue.

Boxer Leon Love the man allegedly driving Floyd's car and his children around. Peter Park, the other man who's car was crashed into suffered major injuries and is suing both Mayweather and the driver.

Park who suffered injuries to his head, neck, collarbone, foot and ankle said Love was driving like a maniac.

According to reports, Love was tearing through the streets at speeds of more than 100 MPH while weaving in and out of traffic. He then slammed into the other man's vehicle, not only injuring him but his passenger as well.

Park is suing Love and Mayweather for unspecified damages.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was not present during this accident. Just because it was his vehicle doesn't mean he has to pay for damages he didn't cause. Peter Park is after money that's all and he knows Floyd has it!

Should Floyd be held responsible for an accident he didn't cause?
