Michael K. Williams Stars In "The Gambler"

While we may know him as Chalky White in the HBO series "Boardwalk Empire" Michael K. Williams will be taking on another character in the upcoming film "The Gambler".

According to Eurweb, Williams be playing a gangster in "The Gambler" alongside Mark Wahlberg who will be playing a literature professor.

Williams' latest role is similar to his role as Omar in the HBO series "The Wire".

The 48-year-old actor can also be seen in over 30 films including the most recent films "Kill The Messenger" (2014) and "Robocop" (2014). He also played in "Miracle At St. Anna" (2008), "Doing Hard Time" (2004) and "Bullet" (1996). He also appeared in R. Kelly's "Trapped In The Closet" series as James.

"The Gambler" is set to hit theaters on Christmas Day December 25th!
