When "Drunk In Love" by Beyonce featuring Jay-Z hit the radio air waves the fans loved it and it became a mans and ladies anthem!

Unfortunately, the song that some of us probably went home and tried to make babies to after some liquor courage, is in the middle of a lawsuit.

According to PageSix, Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z are being sued by Hungarian Folk singer Mitsou. Mitsou filed a civil lawsuit against the couple accusing them of allegedly using the her vocals without her permission.

Court documents say Jay-Z used Mitsou's vocals for over a minute throughout the entire tune and his wife used her voice from a performance in 1995, during a rendition of the traditional Roma tune "Bajba, Bajba Pelem."

Mitsou also stated that she never signed any documents that would permit anyone to use her voice for advertising or trade purposes.

"Drunk In Love" was released in December 2013. It became Beyonce's fifteenth top ten Hot 100 single as a solo artist.

The song also came in at number two on the US Billboard 100 and number one on the US Hot R&B Hip Hop Songs.
