Rapper-turned-pastor-turned-rapper again hasn't even been back on the scene that long and he's already lost a lawsuit.

According to hip hop news, Stephanie Delgado sued Mase for using her Instagram photo on his artwork for his single "Why Can't We" without permission.

Delgado initially sued for $60,000 but the judge declined. The judge did give her a chance to prove that she was suppose to get $25,000 for a commercial.

Delgado wasn't able to provide proof so she wasn't awarded the $25k. However, the judge did feel she was entitled to something and since Mase didn't respond she won the lawsuit.

Delgado didn't receive what she was asking for but she was awarded $7500.
