While entrepreneur 50 Cent is too busy taking shots at the new Fox drama series "Empire" the New York rapper might soon find himself caught up in a lawsuit.

According to reports, a writer named Curtis Scoon has accused 50 of stealing the concept to the Starz drama series "Power".

Scoon who said he is smarter and more talented than 50 Cent sent out several tweets showcasing a timeline of the making of the script he wrote called "Dangerous". He said 50 Cent's camp showed interest in his project but the producers were interested in Maino first.

“Maino has a relationship with 50 of some sort. I believe 50 had a hand in some situation at Atlantic. Dubose informed his staff and Byron 50 Cent was interested in Dangerous and would be coming to his office for a meeting. I have the email. Sure enough Maino AND 50 came to the office a few weeks later. I have sworn affidavits from people who were there. 50 tells Starz he doesn’t recall meeting at Dubose’s office. I’m going to help his memory.”

“I believe once 50 heard my name he wasn’t going to do the project in it’s original form,” Scoon tweets. “I’m smarter, more talented and much more authentic. What that means is if I’m in the same room I get the attention he covets. I understand all of this. He’s known for getting shot. I’m known for other things.”

50 Cent who is the executive producer of "Power" said season two is unbelievably good.

If 50 did take Scoon's script idea why is he just now saying something about it? The season premiered last June and season two is on it's way.
