Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Sued By Former Nanny

While Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are headed for divorce they now have a lawsuit to deal with.

According to TMZ, Simonette DaCosta who was a full time nanny is suing Carey and Cannon for back pay. DaCosta claims she was fired and berated for showing too much affection to their twins Moroccan and Monroe. She said she worked too hard and put in a lot of overtime. 

DaCosta is also suing for other damages!
