Now that the Marvin Gaye family won their lawsuit against Pharrell and Robin Thicke for sampling Marvin Gaye classic "Got To Give It Up" for the hit single "Blurred Lines, everybody wants their cut.

According to the latest news, rapper Mac Miller is being sued by the 70s funk band Aquarian Dream. The group is accusing Miller of sampling their song "(Yesterday) Was So Nice Today" for his song "Therapy".

The group said when they reached out to Mac Miller's team they said they tried to contact them but since they didn't get a reply, they went on ahead and used the sample.

Miller faces his second lawsuit following Lord Finesse who sued him for the same things years prior.

Aquarian Dream is seeking $150,000.
