Is Timberland Getting A Divorce?

After five years of marriage Monique Mosley, producer Timberland's wife, has filed for divorce. According to reports, Mosley is asking for child support for her two children, and payment for legal fees. She is also seeking alimony permanent and rehabilitative alimony. 

Mosley and Timb only share one daughter who is five years old. She also has a child from a previous relationship who is 10 years old.

Why is Monique asking for money for a child that isn't his? She feels since he has publicly and privately proclaimed the child as his own that he should provide for her.

Timberland is a well known producer. He has worked with several artists from the late Aaliyah, Ginuwine, Missy Elliott, rapper Magoo, Nelly Furtado, Pharrell, Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake.
