Rumor has it that another rapper is being sued for song jacking. According to reports, ATL rapper Ludacris is being sued for allegedly stealing the song "Sex Room" from a rapper named Marvo.
"Sex Room" featuring Trey Songz is featured on Ludacris' "Battle of the Sexes" album. Marvo said a producer named Kajun whom he was working with gave the song to Luda.
Marvo told AOL that Luda used most of his lyrics and he has yet to receive any payments for the song.
There's a lot of song jacking going on which is why you shouldn't release a track for self until it's already getting airplay. If Luda is guilty of taking Marvo's song hope Marco has learned his lesson!
